Situations not included in the list below or in this document will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We aim to ensure the optimal satisfaction of all our customers.
All sales of custom-made wetsuits that have already been produced are final.
All diving suits are guaranteed to meet the specifications of your measurements. If we notice a measurement that appears unusual, we will inform you. If you have concerns about a specific aspect of the fit, or if you have special requirements not covered by our measurement form, please contact us at hello@leowetsuits.com.
Cancellations apply only to orders that have not yet been produced (custom-made). Once we have received your payment, we purchase/reserve the neoprene and materials necessary for the production of your wetsuit. If you wish to cancel your order before the production of the diving suit, we can provide a partial refund. A cancellation fee of €39, along with the costs of the neoprene and materials purchased/reserved, will be deducted when processing your partial refund. Order cancellations may result in disqualification for future orders, as this creates undue difficulties for our small business based in Biarritz. Our goal is to create the best custom-made wetsuits for our customers.
