In-stock items (excluding custom)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at hello@leowetsuits.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of your request.

• The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• The refund is made within 14 days of receiving and checking the parcel, using the payment method used for the order.
• Size exchange: send the item back and place a new order; we refund the first one.

Custom and made-to-order items

Wetsuits made to your measurements or specifications are made especially for you: they cannot be returned or refunded (personalised item, excluded from the right of withdrawal). They are guaranteed to match the measurements you provided. If you have any question about fit, contact us before ordering.

Order cancellation

Cancellation is only possible if the wetsuit has not yet been produced. Once we receive your payment, we buy or reserve the neoprene and materials. If you cancel before production, a partial refund is made: a €39 cancellation fee and the cost of materials already purchased or reserved are deducted.

Defective or non-conforming product

If your item is defective or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will repair, exchange or refund it, with return costs covered by us. The legal guarantee of conformity applies.

Customs

Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused or returned because these fees were not paid, the refund equals the price of the items minus shipping, customs and return costs.

Situations not covered here are handled case by case: our goal is your satisfaction.
