  • Order data: products purchased, amounts, measurements provided for custom orders.

Payments are processed by secure providers: we do not store your card details.

  • Process, manufacture and deliver your orders, and track them.
  • Answer your requests and provide customer service.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. It may be shared with our service providers, only for their assignments: Shopify platform, payment, shipping, manufacturing workshop, emailing and analytics tools. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to manage your order and the customer relationship, then for legal periods (for example 10 years for accounting records). Marketing data is kept for 3 years after the last contact.
